Automation Types by Category

Automation templates are grouped by category. Template availability can vary based on enabled features, licenses, and region.

Compliance	HOS Violation Event: Notify stakeholders when a driver has an hours of service violation.
Maintenance	Work Order Creation from DVIR Submission: Creates a work order with service tasks for each defect found in an unsafe DVIR.
Safety	Approaching Severe Weather: Plays an in-cab audio notification when a driver is approaching severe weather. Crash Event: Notify your stakeholders about crash events in real-time. Frequency-Based Coaching & Training Program: If a behavior occurs less than 3 times in a month, drivers are sent events for self-review. Otherwise, drivers are coached by the manager. Priority-Based Coaching & Training Program: Lower priority events are automatically sent to the driver for self-review. High priority events will be coached by the manager and will automatically have relevant trainings sent to the driver. Safety Event: Notify your stakeholders about safety events. Safety Event Based Training Assignment: Assign training based on repeated safety events, like “3 events in 30 days,” mapped to relevant courses. Worker Safety SOS Event: Notify your stakeholders about worker safety SOS events.

To customize a template, duplicate it and edit the copy. Presets are read-only and must be duplicated before you can make changes.
