If the Engine Immobilizer does not respond, use the following table to troubleshoot your issue:

Issue Observed	Troubleshooting Steps
Engine Immobilizer does not appear in the Samsara dashboard	Check the USB cable of the Engine Immobilizer and confirm that it is properly installed in the USB port of the Vehicle Gateway. Check the connection of the Vehicle Gateway to the vehicle diagnostic port or power source and confirm that it is receiving power. Check the connectivity of the Vehicle Gateway.
Immobilizer is not responding to disable or enable commands from the dashboard	Verify the connectivity of the Vehicle Gateway. If the device is not reporting to the dashboard, the changes to the immobilizer will not be received.
