The Samsara Asset Tag (AT11) is a compact and ruggedized wireless tracking device designed to safeguard and manage valuable mission critical tools, equipment, materials, and other assets. Equipment and Operations managers can use Asset Tags to recover valuable assets, reduce downtime, and manage inventory more effectively. The AT11 leverages Samsara's network of Vehicle Gateways (VGs) and Asset Gateways (AGs) to easily track your asset from the Samsara dashboard.
The AT11 is compatible with the following gateway models:

After you activate and install the AT11 Asset Tag, it enables enhanced asset management in the following ways:

Location: View the location of your unpowered assets in the Inventory Report.

Utilization: Use the Dormancy Report to gauge the frequency of your asset activity.

Security: Create location and movement alerts to receive notifications when an AT enters or exists a geofenced area. Because Asset Tag locations are approximate, set a larger geofence size or configure a duration for the alert to ensure optimal performance and reduce false positives for alerts.
