Trailer ABS Visibility and Alerts

When you install the AG52 or AG53 Asset Gateway (AG) on your trailer using cable CBL-AG-BABS or CBL-AG-BPLC, you also gain real-time visibility to any activation of the trailer ABS fault lamp. In either installation type, the ABS light indication displays in the asset detail page, the Fault History Report, and the Maintenance Status report.

With the CBL-AG-BPLC cable, in addition to the ABS light indication, the dashboard also displays fault codes (see Figure 1).

To receive a notification for the ABS fault lamp, enable the Maintenance Fault Code Alerts with Condition type All Trailer ABS Lamp Codes, (for more information about configuring alerts, see Alert Configuration).
