The user profile enables you to view and configure your preferences for your specific user account. To access your user profile, select the icon for your user menu and select Profile.

The email address provided during the setup of your user account. NoteIf your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) or Google OAuth, you cannot change your email from your user profile—you will need to contact your administrator to update it. If your organization does not use SSO, you can update your email directly from your user profile. When you edit the email field, you will be prompted to confirm the change via email within 24 hours. NoteWhen updating your email, do not use an incognito or private browsing window. These modes can block the session or authentication data needed to complete the verification process. |

Reset Password |
(Non-SSO only) Enables you to reset your Samsara cloud password. |

Phone |
Phone number associated with your user account. If you'd like to use SMS OTP as an Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option, you must add your phone number and Verify Phone Number. After you verify the phone number, you will have the option to receive the MFA code through SMS during your next sign-in attempt. |

Language |
The Samsara dashboard can be localized in many languages. Choose the preferred language for Samsara UI text and displays. |

Unit System |
If your preferred unit system differs from the default unit system set for your organization, you can select your preferred unit system: Metric, British Imperial, or US Imperial. |

Home Page |
Choose the page that Samsara displays when you log in to the dashboard. By default, the homepage is the Overview. |

Sign In Activity |
(Non-SSO only) View the sign-in activity history for your user account over the last 90 days. |
