If you are signed out of the Samsara dashboard and need to reset your password, use the following workflow:

Go to the cloud sign in page (US, Canada, Mexico) or cloud sign in page (EU).

Below the Sign In field, select Reset Password.

Enter your email address and Reset Password.
Samsara sends you an email with a link to reset your password. To receive the email, Samsara recommends that you do not unsubscribe from Samsara emails.
Note
If you did not receive an email for the password reset:

First, check to see whether the password reset email was filed to your spam folder.

If the email was not in your spam folder, contact an administrator in your organization that has access to Samsara. Full Admins can ensure that you have the correct role and are using the correct email. To receive an invitation to the dashboard, your organization administrator must Invite a New Administrator.
