Safety behaviors are grouped into the following risk factor categories:
Traffic Signs and Signals
From the Safety Overview, you can view a summary of risk factors for your organization. Each risk factor category has its own report which provides detailed behavior and score trends.
Expand a risk factor to view information about the individual risk factor behaviors and use the Risk Factors Report to analyze the score breakdown for each behavior type.
The Risk Factors Report displays the score breakdown for each behavior type (Safety Overview > Risk Factor> View Details). The reports displays the total number of points deducted for behavior, the total number of events, and the number of events that occurred per 1000 miles. The red and green arrows indicate the change in points for each behavior compared to the prior period. You can run event reports of a maximum duration up to one year.
The placement of the View Details link differs dependent on the report mode type:
Standard mode: In this mode, you can view the Count, Rate, and Score Impact by risk factor. Click the link in the row for the specific Risk Factor for which you want to review the report.
Tag Comparison mode: In this mode, you can view the Count, Rate, and Score Impact by tag. To access the Risk Factor report, click the link in the upper right hand corner.
For quick reminders on how the score is calculated, you can also hover over any behavior score impact to view the formula and score weight used to calculate the score. Additionally, you can click on the tag sidebar to review the report for either drivers or vehicles, as well as by tags.
The Risk Factor Report also provides additional charts and graphs to enable you to quickly view and analyze event and score trends. Click the report title to toggle between the different visualizations.
Each Risk Factor Report contains a ranking of drivers within that category.
To further refine and tune results, you can adjust the report time frame and search for trends by driver. You can also sort the table by any field. For instance, you can sort by driver or vehicle with biggest improvement in score since the prior period or the highest number of miles driven.
