The camera did not self discover when you clicked on the +Camera button in the dashboard.
To solve this issue:

Gather the following information:

Camera IP address
-
Camera RTSP URL
-
Camera's make and model (This will help confirm RTSP URLs and default username and password)

Confirm that the camera is powered on and the IP address is correctly configured.

Do one of the following:

If you don't have the IP address for the camera but know the network it is on, use the IP scan option option to scan the subnet the camera is on and add it to the gateway.

If you have the IP address for the camera, use the Add IP /RSTP option to add the camera to the gateway.
