You can view information on recent and historical orders and exchanges in the Samsara dashboard (your profile icon > Orders). To purchase a product from Samsara, you can contact your account executive or visit the Webstore (for more information regarding the Webstore, see Webstore Hardware and License Purchases).
You can manage any of the following transaction types:

Returns: To initiate a return for a contract termination, see Request a Return (Contract Termination).

Orders: To review Order Details such as shipping status and tracking numbers, see the Order History Report.

Exchanges: To view Exchange Details such as exchange status and return labels, see the Exchange History Report.
The Order History report displays the status of current and historical Orders. You can use the report to find important information such as the order number and shipping destination.

The Order Details displays the transaction details of current and historical orders. You can export this information as a comma-separated (CSV) file of the transaction for your records (More Actions > Download CSV).
After an order ships, you can Track Shipment to locate the delivery status details and shipping tracking number.
In the Items in Order list, you can See device serials and preview up to 10 serial IDs for each item ordered. For traceability, you can also select Download CSV to download a file of all serial IDs.
The Exchange History report displays the status of all historical orders for all Exchanges. You can use this report to find important exchange transaction details such as the exchange number and shipping information.

If you want to view Exchange Details, select the the row of the exchange you want to review. You can also export transaction details of an exchange as a CSV file for your records (more actions ( ••• ) menu > Download CSV).
The Exchange Details displays the transaction details of current and historical exchanges. You can also Print a Return Label from the Exchange Details report.
After an exchange ships, you can view Tracking Information for a timestamped progress overview and details of the exchange request shipment.
In Hardware Receiving you can view the hardware type and quantities will to receive as part of the exchange. In Hardware to Return you can see the hardware type and quantities you are to return as part of the exchange. See device serials in either Hardware Receiving or Hardware to Return sections to preview up to 10 serial IDs for each item exchanged.
In the Installation Status section, you can see a list of hardware that needs installation, asset information for where the exchange will occur, and the status of install for applicable cables and VGs. For traceability, you can also Download CSV for a detailed list of the information in the Installation Status. To view the Installation Status section your Exchange Type must be listed as Hardware Swap Campaign.
