Billing information is only available in the Samsara dashboard. To access Billing information, you must have a Billing or Full Admin role or a custom role with Billing permissions enabled. If you do not have the required role or permissions, contact a Billing or Full Admin in your organization to adjust your access. For more information on roles and permissions, see Administrative Roles.
You can view and save current and historical invoices from the Samsara dashboard.
From the Invoices report, you can view the due date, purchase order number, purchase amount, remaining balance, and the account status of each invoice. If you use a payment method other than credit card, such as wire transfer or check, contact Samsara support for payment information.
To make a payment on an overdue invoice, you can Update Your Payment Method or contact Samsara Support from your Samsara dashboard (Help & Feedback () > Get Help > Contact Support) for a payment link. Once you update your payment method, allow at least 48 hours for updated invoice data to display in the dashboard.
To view and save your invoices:

Select the Settings icon ( ) at the bottom of your Fleet menu to view dashboard settings.

From the Organization settings, select Billing.

Select All Invoices to view all open, overdue, and closed invoices.

To export a PDF of an individual invoice, select the invoice and download or print the PDF.

To download all invoices, select More Actions > Export CSV.
