If you are dissatisfied with your Samsara purchase for any reason, you may return eligible products for a refund within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment to you. For exchanges, see Orders and Exchanges.
Before requesting a return with Samsara, be sure to troubleshoot hardware using the articles available in the Help Center. See the Device Troubleshooting section for specific troubleshooting steps for your device.
If you still want to proceed, follow these steps.

Confirm product eligibility. Confirm that your devices are eligible for return by reviewing our Hardware Return Policy.

Submit request form (Admins only). If your devices are eligible, your account's administrator should gather the following information and fill out the request form.

Request Type (Contract Termination or Upgrade)

Reason for Return

Order Number(s)

Partial Returns Only: Product, Quantity, and Serial Number(s)

Follow instructions from Support team. Our Support team will respond to the request within 3 business days to confirm eligibility and communicate next steps.

Next Steps
After Samsara receives your request, our Support team will follow up within 3 business days to confirm eligibility and communicate next steps.

If your return is approved, Samsara will send an email with your RTN number and a return shipping label free of charge.

Samsara must receive returning hardware units no later than forty-five (45) days following the date the RTN number is issued.

Once we have received and inspected the hardware units, we will process your return (and if applicable, refund).
Important
Submitting this form does not guarantee your return request will be approved.
