The EBS CAN (diagnostic) port may not be enabled, preventing the AG53 from receiving braking data. Some trailers require activation via a diagnostic tool.
Enable the EBS diagnostic port using a compatible diagnostic tool, and verify braking data is received in the dashboard.

Navigate to the Braking Performance Report under the Maintenance section of the Samsara dashboard. Check if the trailer’s braking status has changed from
No DatatoNot Scored. -
To generate braking data, complete a short trip with the trailer. This may trigger a braking event for logging.

If the Braking Performance Report is not visible, contact Samsara Support to confirm report availability for your account.

Check if the trailer’s EBS diagnostic (CAN) port is enabled. If not, use a diagnostic tool (e.g., Jaltest or a vendor-specific tool) to enable it.
