The Speeding Report provides insight into speeding behavior across your organization and helps support coaching efforts and safety monitoring. You can use the report to view speeding events, monitor trends, and assess the impact of speeding on driver safety scores. Reports can be generated for durations up to one year.
Only speeding incidents that exceed the configured speed thresholds count as a Speeding Event. Manually added speeding events are not automatically recorded and are displayed as events per 1,000 miles. The report includes only drivers who have driven during the selected time range.
The Speeding Report includes two main data visualization widgets that help assess speeding performance and safety impact:
-
Speeding Impact: Displays the total effect of speeding behavior on safety scores. This includes breakdowns by severity level: severe, heavy, moderate, and light.
-
Speeding Trends: Provides visualizations to help track changes in speeding behavior over time, including:
-
Score Impact by Week
-
Speeding percentage, showing the distribution of speeding behavior across the selected date range
-
Distribution by number of Speeding Events
-
In addition to the widgets, the report includes a ranked list of drivers based on safety score performance. The following data fields are displayed for each driver:
