If you have a Samsara CM-series Dash Cam installed in your vehicle, any harsh event that the camera detects will automatically upload a video of the safety event to your Safety Inbox. After you review the video, you can assign a status to the event to indicate the followup action. Based on the event status you assign, Samsara automatically determines the impact to the safety score.
To configure the safety score impact, including positive affects to driver safety scores, see Safety Score Configuration.
Note
Frequently assigning events, such as auto-detected Rolling Stops, with a Dismissed status does not immediately affect the behavior of the AI Dash Cam system; however, this feedback is used to improve our AI algorithms over time.
