Trip images are uploaded to the vehicle Trip History and Trip Timeline at the beginning and end of each trip. When the Periodic Trip Images setting is enabled, an image is uploaded every few minutes to document the route progress while the vehicle is on a trip. The default setting varies by region:

North America: Enabled by default.

Europe: Must be manually enabled.
Note
The dash cam will continue recording video independently of the Trip Images settings. For details on when the dash cam is expected to record, see Dash Cam Recording Logic for Video and Images.

Select the Settings icon (
) at the bottom of your Fleet menu to view dashboard settings.

From the Devices settings, select Configuration > Cameras.

From Trip Images settings, enable Periodic Trip Images.
