Alerts allow you to receive notifications via email or SMS messages when specific events occur within your organization.
View Alert Incidents
To view the alerts raised for your fleet:
Select Alerts () > Incidents.
The Incidents page displays a summary of the most recent incidents flagged by the severity of the incident. Select a date or date range to view past alerts.
Select an incident to view additional information regarding the alert including a summary and status of the alert including resolution status, if applicable, when the event occurred, the gateway that observed the event, any notifications provided. You can also select View under Alert Configuration to modify the components of the alert in respect to the incident selected.
Create or Edit Alerts
From the Alerts page, you can set up new alerts and edit alerts under the Configure tab.
Each alert has a max of 4000 devices
- Select an existing alert to modify the alert configuration or create a new alert by selecting an alert form the Add an Alert section.
- Select which vehicles the alert will apply to.
- Designate times and days of the week to silence notifications under the Schedule section.
- You can also add contacts under Send Contact Notifications that notifications will be sent to in the event that the alert is triggered.
