Alerts allow you to receive email or SMS messages when specific events occur.
How to View Alert Incidents
Select the Alerts button (bell icon) in the bottom lefthand corner of the Samsara Dashboard.
Once on the Alerts page, you can view historical and current alerts under the Incidents tab using the Calendar Tool.

How to Create New Alerts and Edit Alerts
From the Alerts page, you can set up new alerts and edit alerts under the Configure tab.
Once you select which Alert you want to configure you will have the option of selecting which Vehicles the alert will apply to.
When configuring an alert, you can designate times and days of the week to silence notifications under the Schedule section.
You can also add contacts under the Sent Contact Notifications section that notifications will be sent to in the event that the alert is triggered.
