Preventative Maintenance Alerts

For scheduled maintenance activities, you can create alerts to help you proactively address vehicle maintenance for your fleet. Configure a Scheduled Maintenance alert when you configure your Maintenance Alerts.

When you configure a new alert, you select a preconfigured maintenance schedule, adjust alert lead time, add notification recipient(s) to your preference, and enter an optional description. Maintenance alerts apply to all assets assigned to the maintenance schedule chosen for the alert.
