Automated training assignments help you deliver consistent, timely driver coaching without manual intervention. By automating course assignments based on onboarding status, scheduled intervals, or detected driving behavior, you can scale your safety programs efficiently, even with small teams. This ensures drivers stay engaged and compliant without missing critical coaching moments.
Automated Training Assignments are available to Connected Training, Safety Pro, and Safety Enterprise licenses.
Scheduling training assignments let you automate recurring training by setting up pre-scheduled course deliveries. Instead of manually assigning training every time, you can configure rules that send courses to drivers automatically on a regular basis. For example, you can schedule the Annual Privacy & Policies course to reach your entire fleet at the start of each year, or send out a Safety Refresher course every quarter to reinforce safe driving habits.
