You can customize the type of data (such as fuel level and vehicle idle time) that displays in the asset list on the Fleet Overview. The Display Options empower you to view important information at a glance. For instance, if your organization requires monitoring fuel or energy levels, you can add the Fuel/Energy level data option to view the current fuel or energy data directly from the Fleet Overview.
Tip
For faster performance, select fewer data display options. Multiple data options may slow page performance.
From the Fleet Overview ( ), select Display Options ( ) from the top of the asset list to view your fleet data options:

The time spent by a vehicle in their current status. For example, Idle for 20 mins. Requires a vehicle gateway to view. |

Displays available asset attributes (such as vehicle type or vehicle height). You can select up to six total asset and driver attributes. |
Driver Information (requires access permissions to compliance data and HOS compliance enablement to view) |

The drive and shift time remaining for the driver assigned to the vehicle. |
In / Nearing Violation |
If a driver is in / nearing violation, a violation message and the drive time remaining until the driver will be in violation displays on the vehicle row. |

Displays available driver attributes (such as personnel area or employee group). You can select up to six total asset and driver attributes. |

Avoid refreshing the screen. Your selections will not be saved if you refresh the page.
Note
The following conditions can affect the visibility of driver and asset data in the Fleet Overview:

If a specific data point is not available for a vehicle or asset, the data field will not display in the vehicle or asset row.

Permissions are required to view the respective data points in the asset list. For example, you must have View permissions enabled for compliance data to see HOS and In/Nearing Violation data in the Fleet Overview.

HOS and In/Nearing Violation data is not available in the EU.
-
Asset and Driver Details will only display if the attributes feature is enabled on your dashboard.
