The Samsara dashboard is designed to work on both desktop, laptop, and mobile browsers. For best results, Samsara recommends the latest version of the Google Chrome browser. Chrome is available for mobile devices in the Google Play or Apple Store and for your Mac or Windows computer.
If you are using the latest version of Google Chrome and are still experiencing difficulties, perform the following troubleshooting steps:

Confirm if you are able to access the Samsara dashboard in Incognito mode.

If you are able to access the Samsara dashboard in Incognito mode, clear the cache and cookies, with Time Range set to All Time.

Restart Google Chrome.
