The Trip History Report displays vehicle trip information to track the driving habits of your fleet and enables you to reconstruct the movement of your assets. The Trip History Report provides detailed driving activity for your fleet trips:
-
Driving activity is tracked using a Vehicle Gateway (VG) or an Asset Gateway (AG) AG21, AG26, AG46-P, or AG15 and segmented into trips.
-
A trip is defined as traveling from a starting point to a stop or destination. By default, a trip begins when your vehicle achieves a speed of at least 5 mph and ends when the vehicle speed remains below 5 mph / 8 kph for 5 minutes or when your vehicle crosses a state or national border.

To view your Trip History Report, navigate to Reports ( ) > Activity > Trip History. For each trip, the report displays the start and end location, vehicle and trailer, driver name, and distance. For each trip with a vehicle gateway, you can also view images for the trip captured every five minutes and a Trip Speeding Summary. The report displays the following information, dependent on your gateway type:
Field |

Trip |
Trip start location (A) with timestamp and trip end location (B) with timestamp |
Asset |
The vehicle or trailer that generated the trip |

To narrow the scope of the report, filter by Tags, Attributes, Asset Type, or Asset Name. You can also use the date selector to narrow or widen the report scope for a specific date range.
For archival or reporting purposes, you can also export the Trip History report to a comma-separated values (CSV) file from the more actions menu (...).
