The Forms Overview ( ) dashboard provides admins with powerful tools to analyze form submissions and issues, which enables you to make more informed data-driven decisions. If your organization has access to Forms Overview, you can track form completion, which provides you the ability to follow-up and ensure compliance with safety protocols in a timely manner. You can also monitor asset inspections, so you can better track inspection frequency and identify assets with the most issues.
The Forms Overview organizes forms into two views:

Templates: Displays a summary of each form template.

Workers: Displays a summary of each worker's activity.
Each view includes the following information for each form or worker:

Form or Worker |
Title of the form or name of the worker. |
Total Submissions |
Total number of times a form has been submitted. |
Assigned |
Complete and incomplete forms assigned through API and automations. |
Incomplete |
Forms assigned through API and automations that are yet to be submitted or are pending approval. |
Past Due |
Number of forms not completed by the due date. This includes forms that are incomplete and past the due date. |
Completed Assignments |
Forms assigned through API and automations that have been submitted. |
To narrow the scope of the Template or Worker view, filter by date range, tags, forms types, and submitters. You can also use the search to find specific templates by title or workers by name.
To view detailed records of a form or worker in the Connected Workflows Submission Dashboard, click the respective row.
