If a user wants to report an issue, such as a headlight that needs replacement or if there is a safety incident in the field, they can submit an issue through Connected Workflows. These issues will appear on your Samsara dashboard in Issues ( ).
Through the Issues Inbox you can view all submitted issues and filter by Tags, who the issue is Assigned To, the Asset the issue pertains to, or the Status of the issue (Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Dismissed).
The Status of each issue is displayed in the Issues Inbox by the following iconography:

Select an issue to view its details.
Through the issue details view, you can also assign the issue to someone to resolve it, set the issue's priority level, and choose an issue due date. When an issue is assigned to a person, they will be notified by email. To change the status of an issue between open, in progress, resolved, or dismissed, select the status drop down in the upper right hand corner.
