It’s available across our the Samsara Help Center and can help you troubleshoot, learn product features, and even get connected to a live agent when needed.

The support chatbot is different from the Samsara Assistant, which offers deeper in-product help directly in your dashboard.
This AI-enabled chatbot is best suited for getting fast, helpful responses to common product-related questions. You can use it to:

The chatbot cannot access or update your account or view your dashboard data.
You can launch the chatbot from any page on the Samsara Help Center: Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page at kb.samsara.com and enter your question.
Note
If you don’t see the chat icon, try disabling browser extensions that block pop-ups or JavaScript.
