Data heavy activity logs can take awhile to load.
Both the Connected Workflows Submissions Dashboard and the Connected Workflows Issues Inbox can identify the length of time it takes for a worker to complete a form or issue with the Time in Status Tracker. You can also view a log of historical activity on forms and issues to identify previous status changes, due date changes, assignment changes, and other contextual information about a form or issue with the Activity Log. The Time in Status Tracker tracks the total time between when a form or issue is first opened, and when it was most recently submitted. It also tracks how long a worker spent in each status (Not started, In Progress). This feature helps provide insight into whether a form is confusing or inefficient, because if workers consistently take too long to complete a form, then the form may need to be redesigned. It can also help identify workers who may benefit from additional training.
To view the Time in Status Tracker for a form, perform the following workflow:

The Submissions Dashboard Activity Log enables you to view historical activity on individual forms and issues to identify previous status changes, due date changes, assignment changes, and other contextual information about a form or issue. This feature is useful for when you need to identify bottlenecks in workflows, and it also supports transparency for edits to issues and forms, particularly in submissions that multiple people are working on.
To view the Submissions Dashboard Activity Log, perform the following workflow:

Select a Form from the Submissions dashboard.

Scroll down to the bottom of the form details to view the Activity Log for the form.
To view the Issues Inbox Activity Log, perform the following workflow:

Select an Issue from the Issues Inbox.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Issue details to view the Activity Log for the issue
If you would like to view the historical activity of multiple forms or issues at once, you can do so through the Samsara dashboard Activity Log (Settings > Organization > Activity Log) with the Event Type filter Form or Issue.
