You can seamlessly integrate your existing third-party PressurePro Tire Pressure Management System (TPMS) with Samsara gateways to track tire conditions across your fleet.
The integration includes the following features:
-
Display TPMS stats (temperature and pressure) for tractors and trailers in Samsara dashboard.
-
Ability to configure Samsara alerts, based on PressurePro tire condition alerts for temperature and pressure, for both dispatchers and drivers using the Samsara Driver App.
-
PressurePro: PressurePro gateway and sensors installed in your tractors and trailers. Supported PressurePro gateway models are LNK-100, LNK-101 and LNK-110.
-
Samsara:
-
VG34 or later to sync tractor assets
-
AG26 or later and Samsara cable with 4-pin connector to interface with PressurePro gateway to sync trailer assets
-
You can purchase the PressurePro gateway (LNK-100 LNK LT) and a sensor for each tire from your local PressurePro dealer. Optionally, you can also purchase a repeater to improve reliability and enable tracking even without an AG. Samsara supports integration with PressurePro systems using an Asset Gateway 26 (AG26) or Vehicle Gateway (VG) 20.0 or a later release.
To integrate your PressurePro system with a Samsara gateway, you must first activate and then install the Samsara gateway on your vehicle or trailer:
-
For integration with an AG26, the trailer TPMS integration was developed in partnership with Pressure Pro and interfaces with a PressurePro gateway using Samsara 7-way cable CBL-AG-ATPM. See Asset Gateways (AGs) for Powered Assets to activate your gateway and follow the directions for an installation on a dry trailer.
-
For integration with a VG, see Install a Vehicle Gateway (VG) to activate and install your gateway. Use the existing CAN line to connect the Samsara gateway with the PressurePro gateway.
After you have installed your gateways, you can view your TPMS data in the Samsara dashboard.
