Initek Consulting's integration for Samsara and Distinctive Systems Coach Manager sends routes booked in Coach Manager to Samsara and processes actuals and route alerts.

This integration is owned and managed by Initek Consulting, a third-party System Integrator. There is a deployment fee and monthly fee for this integration.
The integration includes the following features:

Create routes in Samsara from Coach Manager bookings

Retrieve route actuals data from Samsara (job status updates, vehicle trips, HOS logs) to calculate actuals in Coach Manager

SMS alerts for dispatchers based on Samsara job updates (for example, when a driver or vehicle is not at the start location at the estimated time)

In your Samsara dashboard, navigate to Settings > Apps.

Search for and then select
Distinctive Coach Managerto install the app. -
Send the API token to Initek Consulting at support@initekconsulting.com and request the Samsara integration for Distinctive Systems' Coach Manager.
Initek Consulting Support will configure the account.
