If you need to assign multiple drivers to vehicles in one pass, you can edit gateway details in bulk. Download the devices list from the upload flow, then manually update the CSV file to specify which drivers are assigned to each gateway (vehicle). Be sure to download the correct devices list—do not use the version on the main Devices page which is provided for auditing and export purposes, as it cannot be used for editing driver assignments.

Select the Settings icon (
) at the bottom of your Fleet menu to view dashboard settings.

From within Devices, select Devices > Gateways.

Select More Actions > Upload CSV.

Select Download Devices List to download data for your existing devices.

Edit the CSV file to change device assignments.
For each device for which you want to assign a driver, locate the value for the
Driver Idfield and provide the desired value. If no driver is set, the value isn/a. To view the IDs for your drivers, see the -
After you edit your file, select Upload a file.

Choose the CSV file from your computer, or drag and drop the CSV file to the window.

Click Preview to review the devices that will be added and edited.

Click Confirm to save the changes.
