From the Samsara dashboard, you can easily identify managed devices that may require attention. This includes:

Apps that did not finish installing

Samsara apps that are not running the latest available version — Includes the Samsara Driver App and Mobile Experience Management (MEM) apps (Samsara Agent, Samsara Launcher, Samsara Remote Support).
To view mobile devices with issues:

From the MEM Overview (or Mobile Devices) page.

From the Sort drop down, select With issues.

Select the row of the device.

Below the device Details, view the apps in the Applications section.

Click View all <X> apps to view additional information.
For each app, the Applications summary displays the app name and version. Devices that require attention are identified by a warning icon.

Depending on the issue, take steps to update or reinstall the problematic app.
