Samsara customers can refer their friends to Samsara and earn up to $500 per friend that becomes a Samsara customer. View the Customer Referrals FAQ page for program eligibility and details.
You must have a Samsara Cloud Dashboard user profile to submit a referral. Contact your organization’s administrator to create a profile if you would like to submit a referral and don’t currently have one. See Users & Roles for more details.

Navigate to Referrals Home in your Samsara Cloud Dashboard using either of the following two methods:

Enter https://cloud.samsara.com/referrals in your browser.

Access your Referrals Home page by clicking on your user profile icon and selecting Referrals from the menu.

To submit referral information directly on the Referral Home Dashboard click the Submit Referral.
This brings up a form for you to complete with your friend’s information and submit to Samsara.
Then Submit the form to complete your referral.

If you don’t know your friend’s information and would like to share your link with them to complete, click Copy Referral Link to share the link in e-mail or on your preferred social media. The link is saved into memory. The Copy Referral Link button will turn green and display

upon success.You can then paste your unique referral link in an e-mail, or anywhere else you’d like to share with a friend. The referral must submit their information using your link for a referral to be successfully submitted.

Navigate to Referrals Home in your Samsara Cloud Dashboard using either of the following two methods:

Access your Referrals Home page by clicking on your user profile icon and selecting Referrals from the menu.

Review the Recent Activity to see the list of recent referrals by name, date of activity and status. If you have more referrals you can select View All to view your entire history of referrals.

Hover over your Status to view a detailed description of your referral’s status:

In Progress
Your referral is in progress and is in one of the below stages:

Samsara is contacting your referral
-
Your referral has an active deal with Samsara
-
Your referral has made a qualifying purchase, but the reward will not be released until after the 30-day return period
Disqualified
Your referral has been disqualified for one or more of the following reasons:

Your referral did not decide to engage or purchase
-
Your referral’s purchase did not meet Samsara’s minimum order size requirement (5 units)
-
Your referral is an existing customer with Samsara
-
Your referral refunded their Samsara purchase
Manual Review
We’ve received your request for manual review and are actively reviewing the details of your referral.
Reward Available
Your referral is complete! Your gift card is available now.
Reward Sent
Your gift card has been claimed.

After your referral joins Samsara as a customer, you can claim your referral reward in the Samsara dashboard.

As an administrator, you can control the display of the referral portal for other users in your fleet.

Select the Settings icon ( ) at the bottom of your Fleet menu to view dashboard settings.

In General > Advanced enable or disable the toggle for Referrals.
