Current Asset Diagnostic Data

Samsara enables you to view current and historical engine diagnostic data to determine the health of your assets, review instances of downtime or uptime, and analyze maintenance history to better assess scheduling for parts or new asset procurement. For further analysis or review of historical diagnostics, you can download the data as a CSV report or compare all assets with the Historic Diagnostics report.

To view the current diagnostics associated with an individual asset, navigate to Overview ( ) > Assets and select the asset from the asset list. Expand Diagnostics to view available diagnostics associated with the vehicle. The asset detail displays a snapshot of the vehicle diagnostics. To view additional diagnostics, select View all diagnostics. You can modify the data displayed by selecting drivers, the graph data category, and the time span.
