Hendrickson is a market leader in trailer suspension and inflation systems. TireMaax is Hendrickson’s family of automatic tire inflation systems (ATIS) for trailers. These systems ensure tires stay at optimal pressure, which reduce wear, improve safety, and cut fuel costs.
You can integrate Samsara with Hendrickson to ensure tire health data flows seamlessly into the Samsara platform.
This integration provides the following features:
- TireMaax TPMS data (pressure readings, leak detection, threshold alerts) transmitted into the Samsara gateway
- Tire pressure insights alongside existing Samsara trailer data (location, ABS, utilization, maintenance, etc.)
- Enhanced visibility into trailer tire health beyond what ATIS alone provides

Hendrickson built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact Hendrickson Support.
- Reach out to your Samsara representative to grant you access to this integration.

After you have access to the Hendrickson integration, add Hendrickson sensor MAC addresses to your trailer:

Configure relevant alerts with an Asset Readings alert trigger:
