To monitor the activity of other Samsara dashboard users, you can view the Activity Log. The Activity Log is accessible from Settings ( ) > Organization > Activity Log.

Note
To view the Activity Log you must have one of the following roles: Full Admin, Standard Admin, Read-Only Admin; or Permission for Additional admin settings under Settings in custom roles. For more information, see Administrative Access and Permissions.
Use the Columns manager to add or remove available fields in the activity log.

For each audit log, you can view the following information:
Field |
Description |

User |
The email address of the user who performed the event. |
Event |
The name of the action. |
Date |
The time that the event took place. |
Page Route |
The page the user was on when they performed the event. |
User Agent |
Information about the browser from which the user performed the event. |
If desired, you can take any of the following actions to further manage the audit logs:

Refine the results using the date selector or filter by Event Types, Actions, or user emails.

Export the results to a comma-separated values (CSV) file or Print the screen view to a PDF. For the CSV file, you can download the file or send it to an email address of your choice. You can also choose the date range for which you want to export the logs. Both options are available from the actions menu (...).

Set up a scheduled report to send you the Activity Log weekly or daily. This enables you to monitor your dashboard activity on a regular basis. This option is also available from the actions menu (...).
