C.H. Robinson integrates with Samsara to provide current GPS location data in their supply chain visibility technology.
This integration enables you to provide shippers and 3PLs with visibility into current delivery locations for your fleet, based on Samsara GPS data points. C.H. Robinson only tracks the ID entered for the load in their system. It starts pulling locations four (4) hours before the scheduled pickup, and stops tracking when the load is delivered.

C.H. Robinson: Must have Carrier Name, Main Office Address, and Carrier US DOT Number (if applicable) populated in Samsara.

(Optional) If you want to limit access to a group of assets, it is recommended to assign Tags to those assets in the Samsara dashboard.

Log in to the Samsara dashboard.

Select the Settings icon (
) at the bottom of your Fleet menu and then click Apps.

Search for and then select
C.H. Robinsonto install the app. -
If you tagged your assets to limit access, change the access scope from Entire Organization to the name of your tag group.

Agree to the terms of the Samsara Data Import and Sharing Addendum.

Verify that your assets are tracking correctly.
If no data is populating, make sure the app is installed under Settings > Apps. If it is already installed, try unlinking and then relinking accounts (see Unlink (Uninstall) an App in Integrate with Partner Applications). If the problem persists please contact C.H. Robinson Support.
