Send Samsara diagnostic and vehicle health data directly to your service center.

The integration includes the following features:

  • Send diagnostic and health data for Samsara equipped vehicles directly to a service center of your choice

  • Improve fleet up time by allowing a service agent to remotely assess and support your vehicles for scheduled maintenance or unscheduled repairs

  • Optimize scheduling, service time, and repair costs by remotely sharing Samsara data before a vehicle is brought into a shop.

Requirements

  • Voyomotive: None

  • Samsara: API access with Read permissions

Deployment

Voyomotive built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact Voyomotive Support.

  1. In your Samsara dashboard, navigate to Settings > Apps.

  2. Search for and then select Voyomotive to install the app.

    Samsara generates an API token with the appropriate scopes.

  3. Send the API token to your Voyomotive representative and request the Samsara integration.
