You must certify your logs before reviewing any carrier edits. Carriers may suggest an edit to your logs from the carrier dashboard. These edits are sent to you in the Samsara Driver App for review.

From the app home screen, tap HoS.

To review edits, tap Review Carrier Edits. When carrier edits are available, you also see a Review Carrier Edits banner at the top of the HoS screen.

You can switch between Edited Log and Original Log to compare the suggested changes with the original. Review the edits carefully, because certifying the day finalizes the carrier-made corrections and you cannot undo certification for that day from the Samsara Driver App.

To accept an edit, tap the check mark next to the change suggestion. To reject an edit, tap the X near the change suggestion. Accepted edits are applied to your HoS records and available drive time; rejected edits are not applied.

Confirm by selecting Certify and Submit. Certifying applies any accepted edits, immediately recalculates your HoS clocks, cycle, and available drive time, and clears the pending carrier edits notification.
Make sure your device has an internet connection when you certify so the changes sync to the carrier dashboard. If your HoS clocks or logs do not update right away, or if the Review Carrier Edits banner stays visible after you submit, check your connectivity and try certifying again, then sign out and back in to the app or restart the app to resync.
