Importing Assets from Case New Holland SiteWatch

Note: This feature is in Early Access. If you are interested in using this feature, please reach out to your Samsara account representative. This requires a separate Case New Holland (CNH Industrial) SiteWatch subscription. 

Samsara allows you to connect your Case New Holland (CNH Industrial) powered equipment to the Samsara dashboard, with just a click of a button. By connecting your Case New Holland SiteWatch account, Samsara can pull location, engine hours, and more for your powered equipment.

How to turn on this integration:

1. Navigate to Settings > Apps
2. Click on Case SiteWatch and type in your Case New Holland SiteWatch API credentials.
   
   • If you do not have your API credentials, please reach out to your dealer, cc'ing dev-oem@samsara.com, requesting with the subject line "Case New Holland SiteWatch API Credentials for Samsara Integration" and body "Hello - I would like to get Case New Holland SiteWatch API credentials to import my Case New Holland data into Samsara.
3. Select all pieces of equipment that you would like to sync between Samsara and Case New Holland SiteWatch. Click on "Activate Devices".
   • Note: This may take up to an hour to sync between the two systems initially. 
   • Note: You will need to repeat this step when you would like to add more Case New Holland SiteWatch equipment to your Samsara account. 
4. Voila! Samsara will be polling Case New Holland SiteWatch information every hour or whenever available.
