You will need to provide a Samsara API Token to HDVI and add an HDVI administrator account as a Read-only Admin to your Samsara dashboard. If you do not have a main HDVI contact to whom you can send the API token, contact info@hdvi.com.

Grant your HDVI contact Read only Admin access to the Samsara dashboard.

Create a Samsara API Token named
HDVI Integrationwith the Global Read access.For more information on creating an API token, see Get Started with the Samsara API.

Send the token to your HDVI representative and request the Samsara integration.
HDVI Support will configure the account.
