The Immobilization Report logs Engine Immobilizer activity so you can audit events, investigate incidents, and protect drivers and vehicles.
You can access the Immobilization Report from the Samsara dashboard by navigating to Reports ()> Activity > Immobilization Report. Each row in the report shows either an immobilization or remobilization event, along with the immobilizer device version, associated vehicle, event trigger, and timestamps.
Available fields in the Immobilization Report include:

The vehicle associated with the immobilizer event. If the VG is unnamed, its serial number displays instead. |

The type of event, either immobilization (relay open) or remobilization (relay closed) |

Triggered by |
The reason the event was triggered. Values include:
NoteAutomatic immobilization and remobilization using jamming or tampering sensors are Mexico-only features that can be configured in the Engine Immobilizer Settings. |

Relay name |
The name assigned to the relay, such as ignition, motor, or accelerator |
|
Triggered date |
The date and time when the event was first triggered |
|
Applied date |
The date and time when the engine immobilization or remobilization took effect |
