Note
Automated Coaching is available to U.S. fleets that use CM31, CM32, CM33, or CM34 hardware and have a Safety Enterprise license (or higher).
Automated Coaching streamlines the process of addressing safety events by automatically routing them to the appropriate party for review. This feature is essential for scaling coaching efforts within a fleet, allowing low-risk events to be handled through self-review by drivers, while more severe or repeated behaviors are escalated for manager-led coaching. It provides a structured approach to managing safety events and enhancing driver behavior over time.
The default pre-configured program is the Priority Coaching & Training Program. This program routes high-priority safety events to managers for coaching, automatically assigns relevant trainings, and sends lower-priority events to drivers for self-review.
Important
Crash events are excluded from automation rules. All crashes appear in the Safety Inbox under Needs Review and must be handled manually.
