You can apply filters, sort by columns, and group certain data together as you’re creating or viewing a report.

From within the report click + Add Filter.

Select a field to filter by and then select any additional information for that filter.

Text-based filters: Set up partial- or full-match rules for these filters.

Number-based filters: Set up the filter to only display values matching the rules you specify.

Tag-based filters: Set up the filter so that only specific tags will display in the report data.

From within the report, click the date range filter and select another time frame.
To segment the data in the Assets or Drivers datasets by time intervals, use the Break Down By feature from the date range picker. For the Assets and Drivers datasets only, you can group time segments together by day, week, month, quarter, or year.

To replicate pivot tables, use Group By. The columns in the report will be aggregated by functions like SUM, AVERAGE, or COUNT, segmented by the values of the column the report is grouped by.
While editing the report, click Group By > + Add Group. This enables you to view data grouped by a specific field, for example safety behaviors.
In this example, we grouped the Trips dataset by asset, so the report shows the number of trips for each asset within the reporting time frame. Alternatively, if the report was grouped by day, then the report will show the number of trips for each day.
Sort by a column while viewing a custom report: Click the title of any column to sort by that column. Click the title again to sort the column in the opposite direction.
Sort by a column while editing a custom report: While editing the custom report, select Sort By and then select the column by which you want to sort.
Alternatively, for the column that you want to sort, click the more actions menu (…) and select Sort ascending or Sort descending.
