Integrate with Truckin Digital

Connect Samsara with Truckin Digital’s trucking software ERP.

This integration provides the following features:

  • Display real-time vehicle and trailer GPS updates

  • Sync fuel levels, odometer, and maintenance fault codes for vehicles

  • Sync driver HOS: display drive time remaining, time until break, shift remaining, cycle remaining duration and cycle duration for next day and sync HOS logs twice daily

  • Two-way sync of addresses (stop points)

  • Import safety events into Truckin Digital

  • Option to sync Samsara IFTA mileage by jurisdiction and vehicle

Requirements

  • Truckin Digital: You must select which services you'd like to enable on Truckin Digital.

    To enable Samsara services on Truckin Digital, see Deployment.

  • Samsara: API access with Read permissions

Deployment

Truckin Digital built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact Truckin Digital Support.

This integration is enabled through Samsara OAuth 2.0.

  1. Sign in to your Truckin Digital account and navigate the left-hand menu to Connected Services.

  2. Select Samsara.

  3. Select which Samsara services to enable on Truckin Digital.

  4. You will be prompted to enter Samsara sign in information to authorize data access for Truckin Digital.
