Transportation Insurance Experts (TIE) is a full-service, managing general agency and wholesale insurance broker that specializes in transportation insurance with a focus in long-haul trucking insurance. Use the TIE integration to leverage fleet telematics data for better premiums and coverage. Truckercloud has developed this integration to assist Samsara fleets integrate with TIE, focusing on improving insurance offerings for transportation companies.
This integration provides the following features:

(Optional) If you want to limit access to a group of assets, it is recommended to assign Tags to those assets in the Samsara dashboard.

Truckercloud built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact your TIE retail agent.

Select the Settings icon (
) at the bottom of your Fleet menu and then click Apps.

Search for and then select
Transportation Insurance Expertsto install the app. -
If you tagged your assets to limit access, change the access scope from Entire Organization to the tag name.

Click Allow to agree to the terms of the Samsara Data Import and Sharing Addendum.
