We’re pleased to announce the launch of a completely rewritten and redesigned Help Center customer experience.
The redesign includes the following enhancements:
Intuitive Documentation Organization
The Samsara Help Center has been reorganized with an intuitive flow and organization that is consistent with core Samsara features and functionality. The accordion-style categories collapse and expand to help you zero in on the content that interests you.
Targeted Search Facets
The Help Center Search now provides search facets that you can use to search within specific feature categories such as Driver Safety, Telematics, and Site Visibility. The search facets help you narrow your search queries so you can quickly find topics.
Quick Access to Related Resources
To quickly access additional resources, the Help Center now provides new resource tiles beneath the Help Center content. These tiles enable you to easily access developer resources, product release notes, and the Samsara Training Center. To help you stay informed on new features and product news, you can also find a curated list of featured articles that includes popular staff picks.
New Product Guides
Content across our Fleet and Sites documentation library has also been rewritten and validated to ensure you have access to the most up-to-date content. Much of this content is also translated into Spanish, French, and German. In addition, the Samsara Driver App User Guide is also available from the Help Center in both PDF and HTML format.
