To help you track fuel costs, Samsara calculates the Estimated Cost per vehicle and driver in the Fuel & Energy Report.
By default, Samsara calculates fuel costs using the national average of the cost of a gallon of fuel. The national average is updated weekly. If you know the exact cost per gallon of fuel for your fleet, or if you only operate in specific cities or regions, you can customize the cost of fuel per gallon for your fleet. Entering a specific fuel cost can increase the accuracy of fuel cost reporting. When you set an alternate fuel cost, Samsara uses the cost for future reports (the fuel cost will not apply retroactively).

If my fleet spans across multiple branches in different city/region/locations. Am I able to apply fuel cost to TAG-specific assets or individual assets? Thank you
I entered in a fuel cost, but realized Samsara doesn't differentiate between Diesel and Unleaded Gasoline.
Is there a way to remove that fuel cost entry? Don't want our reports to display inaccurate data.
