SwingDev's integration for Samsara and Kronos SaaS HR sends prepared Time Punches based on Samsara Drivers Hours of Service (HOS).

The integration includes the following features:

Retrieve specified Samsara-Drivers and Kronos-Employees

Retrieve HOS and Authentication events for Samsara-Drivers

Generate and send Time Punches to Kronos (shift work synchronization)

Configurable execution frequencies

Configurable auto retries for failed requests

Samsara-Drivers state (last events) is persistent (saved in database)

Filter Samsara-Drivers by their ID, GROUP or TAG

Deployment scripts to easily seed new environments

Create a Read Samsara API Token named
Kronos SaaS HR Integrationwith read scopes for the specific categories required for the integration. If you aren't sure which scopes are required, check with your SwingDev representative.For more information on creating an API token, see Get Started with the Samsara API.

Send the token to SwingDev at samsara-team@swing.dev and request the Samsara integration for Kronos SaaS HR.
SwingDev will create the standard data report and automate posting to Kronos.
