Routes aren't always completed exactly as planned. Samsara automatically marks a route as complete if the driver did stop at the assigned location within the route's scheduled time window. You can also allow drivers to manually complete a route stop, in the event that they don't complete a job at the exact scheduled time or location.

All drivers can manually complete route stops in the Samsara Driver App. You can view manually completed routes from the Samsara Dashboard in the Route and Stop Detail pages and route-related Live Sharing links.
The driver logs into the Driver App and selects a vehicle.

The driver taps the Routes tile, then chooses a route under the Today tab > Tap to view route.

To manually mark a job as arrived, the driver can tap the job, select Manually arrive, select the time, and then tap Submit to finalize.
Note
Manual route completion requires that the arrival and departure times are submitted at the time of the event and cannot later be edited within the Driver App. If you need to make a change, you may Manage Routes in the Samsara dashboard.
