The Dash Cam Report allows fleets with cameras installed to chronologically see photos and videos taken during trips.
Photos are taken every five minutes and videos are automatically uploaded upon detection of a Harsh Event or by Video Retrieval request. Follow the steps here to request video retrievals.
Select customers will have high-frequency trip stills.
To view the report, go to Safety > Dash Cam. The report will appear and list all vehicles that were on on trips during a given timeframe.
By selecting a vehicle you will be brought to a page with two columns titled Dash Cam Events and All Trips. The default view is Dash Cam Events (Harsh Events).
Clicking into the All Trips view allows you to select an individual trip. Select which trip you would like to view.
By clicking on a trip, you will see all assets associated with that trip. Select which vehicle you would like to view.
Note that the count of recorded images and videos as well as harsh events is specific to the time range selected at the top of the page, showing data for the specific duration of time you choose to view.
The left and right arrows will allow you to browse through trip stills. You can also use your keyboard's left and right keys.
On the right side, there is a map that shows the start and end location of the trip.
At the bottom of each trip's Dash Cam Report, there is a timeline of photos that allows you to click into trip stills out of chronological order.
