Troubleshooting Your AG41
In the case that you need to troubleshoot your AG41, included below are some steps to take based on the behavior observed.
Not Showing a Location/Stale Location
- Check on the physical installation. Is the cap secured?
- Verify the battery status on the Samsara Cloud Dashboard.
- Perform a hard reboot: remove and reapply asset gateway cap.
- Contact support if your AG41 does not update with a location.
Check-in Rate is Incorrect/Not Checking In
- Verify the check-in rate in the gateway settings.
- Verify the battery status on the Samsara Cloud Dashboard.
- Perform a hard reboot: remove and reapply asset gateway cap.
- Contact support if your AG41 does not check-in.
